This event is an appropriate activity to prioritize sustainable urban–rural transformation and built environment sustainability. Moreover, establishing climate resiliency, mitigation, and adaptation wherever the consequences of climate change are occurring. This international conference shall encourage the involvement and participation of all professions of society to accelerate climate change mitigation and adaptation progress, by developing sound climate-related governance systems in guidance, education, policy, and advocacy.

ICCMES'25 invites authors to submit original, unpublished work through email. Click here to submit your research paper
Please note that the conference employs a blind review process, where author identities are concealed from reviewers to ensure an unbiased evaluation of the content. Therefore, the first page of the manuscript, where the paper body begins, should include the title, abstract, and relevant content areas, but must exclude acknowledgments, author names, and affiliations.
Submissions are limited to a maximum of six (6) pages and must adhere to the IEEE format. Detailed guidelines for preparing manuscripts can be found at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Papers that do not follow these guidelines will be rejected without review.
